The pursuit of excellence, resilience, and cultural pride, will transform the sufferings of the people of Northern Uganda and South Sudan into hubs of athletic and academic achievement.

To provide quality education combined with professional sports training and cultural development, nurturing holistic youth capable of uplifting their communities and competing globally.
Construct 12 classrooms, dormitories, cafeteria, gym, and administration block.
Build athletics track and soccer field.
Recruit teachers and coaches.
Enroll first intake of 500–800 students.
Add primary classrooms, cultural and performing arts hall.
Build baseball, tennis, and basketball courts.
Launch mentorship programs with sports federations.
Extend outreach to South Sudan schools.
Northern Uganda and South Sudan suffered very many years of armed conflict that has left a generation without access to quality education or structured sports opportunities. Talented youth lost their platforms, while communities, lost confidence and cultural cohesion.
Today, despite the external presence of peace, many children lack safe spaces, schools, or sporting facilities to realize their potential. The region produces naturally gifted athletes, yet most are left behind due to poverty, trauma, or lack of mentorship. The absence of institutions that integrate education, sports, and moral development continues to hold back the region’s progress.
Harry Larubi, a native of this region and a former athlete who trained under these difficult conditions, witnessed firsthand how sport can offer purpose and healing. His dream through HLPA is to transform that struggle into a structured pathway for future generations to excel in education, sports, and life.
